WRITING WORKSHOPS-
Bare Rroma 2024 and Roma S/Heroes 2022(Project developed by Cu Alte Cuvinte NGO)
Creative writing trainer and book editor alongside writer Iulia Iordan on two editions of Roma S/Heroes/Bare Rroma. The project offers training to young Roma people to create non-fiction picture books inspired by real-life Roma role models.
I led interactive training sessions on interviewing and non-fiction writing techniques, providing extensive one-on-one and group feedback to the students, and ultimately edited the completed books.
In 2023, over 4,000 bilingual children’s books (Romanian and Romani) were published and donated to marginalized communities through a partnership with the Romanian Ministry of Education. The Council of Europe invited the project to the European Days of Innovation in History Pedagogy, and the first Roma library in Sweden acquired copies of the books.

Crescut pe Muzică/ Raised on Music 2020
Journalism trainer for the artistic and educational project Crescut pe Muzică (Raised on Music), developed by Asociația Acces Călărași. The project aimed to teach teenagers from across Romania, who had learned to play and dance traditional music within their families, how to tell the stories of their own communities.
I designed and led online workshops on interview techniques and edited the written and video interviews produced by the participants.
